Yes, you have to download Bobobox application before check-in. You can download it via Google Play Store or App Store.

You can show proof of booking on the application/website/Online Booking Platform to the host when checking in. Then, click the Check in button on the Stays page in the app.

To check in, you only need to show proof of your booking on the app, website, or online booking platform to the host.

Check-in is available starting from 2:00 PM, while check-out is until 12:00 PM (noon). If you plan to check in after midnight (00:00), please make your booking for the previous date, not the date of arrival.

You can do early check-in by coming directly to the relevant branch. For now, requests for early check-in cannot be made via customer service and telephone (both ordering via the application, Online Booking Platform, or walk-in). Early check-in is available from 12.00 noon. However, early check-in can only be done depending on room availability. If no rooms are available, please coordinate with the relevant branch.

You can check out no later than 12.00 noon.

Maximum check-out time is 12:00 noon. If check-out is later than 12:00 noon, you can book one more night for an extension.

Single Pod type is specifically for Bob's friends who want to stay alone. So, the maximum capacity of guests in Single Pod type is only 1 adult.

Double Pod type is available in wider sizes than Single Pod. So, the maximum capacity of guests in Double Pod type is 2 adults and 1 child under 10 years.

You’ll receive breakfast if you book a room with the “Room with Breakfast” option. If your booking doesn’t include breakfast, you can still order food or breakfast through our Host.

Fines will be charged only when you break some Bobopod rules. Please pay attention to the rules so that all guests at Bobopod always feel comfortable, safe, and at peace. The following are the rules when staying at Bobopod:

• Do not make any excessive noise that will disturb other guests

• Do not bring pets, illegal drugs, and sharp objects

• Minimum stay age is 18 years, and you must have a valid ID card (KTP/SIM). If you are not 18 years old, please be accompanied by your parents.

• Bring guests to stay more than the room capacity

• Eat and smoke in the Pod. It's not allowed to eat and smoke in the Pod. You can do it in the pantry or communal area.

For parking fees, it depends on the policy of each Bobopod branch. Please let us know which branch you are in. We will provide updates regarding parking fees at the branch that you are currently or will be occupying.

It's not allowed to smoke/pods/vape in the room.

You can order food from the receptionist. Many food choices are available near the reception desk that can be selected directly.

Payment:

We don't accept cash for food and only accept electronic payments via QR codes. Please prepare your favorite e-Wallet or Mobile Banking when you want to buy food at the receptionist.

There are various choices of food and drinks at Bobopod. You can order it directly in the lobby area from the receptionist.

You are not allowed to take towels or other amenities home with you.

Bobopod provides prayer rooms. You can ask the receptionist or chat host via Bob Chat in Bobobox application regarding where the prayer room is located.

You can request that Pod be cleaned through the Host chat via Bob Chat in the application or directly ask the receptionist.

Bobopod currently does not provide refrigerators yet.

Laundry facilities are only available at Bobopod for branches in Jakarta and Bandung areas. Laundry services accept unit and kilo laundry.

Currently, extra beds are only available at Bobocabin Sukawana. If you’re staying at other Bobocabin locations and wish to bring friends or family, you can book an additional cabin instead.

Each cabin is equipped with complete amenities, including glasses, 600 ml bottled water, electric kettle, and towels. The private bathroom also comes with soap, shampoo, a dental kit, and a hair dryer.

Eating inside the cabin is not allowed. However, you can enjoy your meals in front of the cabin, in the pantry area, or in the Communal Area available at every Bobocabin location.

Yes, you can bring your own cooking equipment such as a grill, pan, or portable stove. However, electrical cooking equipment is not allowed. We also provide small gas canisters that you can purchase if needed.
