How do I change my name via the Bobobox website?
Open Bobobox website https://bobobox.com
Click profile photo at the top right of the website homepage
At Profile page, click Edit Profile menu
Fill in the name according to what you want to change (make sure to use your full name that matches your identity card so that the check-in process can be faster)
Click save
You will receive OTP code to your phone number. Enter the OTP code and finished. Your name is successfully changed.
