How do I close my account via the Bobobox App (Android)?
You can close your account if you meet the following terms and conditions:
No pending payments
No active reservation
Not currently staying at Bobobox
The account is not in a blocked status
Bobopoints will be lost too
Data related to transactions cannot be deleted
For now, you can register again using the same email or phone number after 30 days
If you need to reactivate it, you can contact Bob via WhatsApp Help Center within 30 days to ask for help re-enabling it
Here are the steps you can follow to close your Bobobox account
Open Bobobox application
On the My Profile page, select Security menu
You will find an option to Delete Account, click it
Checklist to agree with the Terms and Conditions and click Continue
Fill in your reasons for deleting your Bobobox account and please give us feedback
There will be verification using a password or an OTP code sent to your email or phone number
Done. Your account has been successfully deleted and cannot be used to log in
