Is it possible to close my Bobobox account?

You can close your account if you meet the following terms and conditions:

• No pending payments

• No active reservation

• Not currently staying at Bobobox

• The account is not in a blocked status

• Bobopoints will be lost too

• Data related to transactions cannot be deleted

• For now, you can register again using the same email or phone number after 30 days

• If you need to reactivate it, you can contact Bob via WhatsApp Help Center within 30 days to ask for help re-enabling it
