Why can't I log in to my account on the Bobobox App (iOS)?

1. Choose to log in using your email or phone number

2. Under the password column, click Forgot password

3. Fill in the phone number or email that you use to reset your password

4. OTP code will be sent via sms or email

5. Fill in the OTP code for verification

6. Then, you can create a new password
