I have made a reservation through Online Booking Platform (example: Traveloka, Tiket.com, and others). Why doesn't my order appear in Bobobox app?
Please create a new account on Bobobox application if you don't have a Bobobox account before.
If you already have a Bobobox account, please show proof of reservation from Online Booking Platform (e.g., Traveloka, Tiket.com, etc.) to the host.
The host will help you check in and integrate your order into the Bobobox application.
