How to verify ID via Android mobile app
- Open Bobobox application
- Select My Profile and click ID Verification
- Upload your identity card that is still active and not blurred so we can verify you (KTP/ SIM/ Passport for Indonesian citizens)
- Upload your selfie so we can recognize you when you check in (selfie only, not carrying identity card)
- Then submit your data, and the status will be pending
- Your data will be verified by our host directly when you check-in
- If it is already verified, the status will be verified.
- You only need to do this one (1) time. For the next stay, you don't need to upload data/verification again
- If it isn't clear or blurry, your status will be unverified, and you must re-upload all data.
