I made a booking from Online Travel Agent or Online Booking Platform. Why I didn't get Bobopoint after my stay?

You can only get Bobopoints if you book via Bobobox application and website. Meanwhile, for bookings via Online Travel Agents/Online Booking Platforms, you will not get Bobopoints.
